Trojan Direct is currently looking for a highly motivated and ambitious B2B Senior National Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in B2B sales and business development in the US vape/tobacco industry, and experiences of playing a crucial role in driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and acquire new key clients via leads, cold-calling, business visit and other strategic selling solutions.
• Create and maintain a business sales pipeline; working with new leadership tools and initiatives.
• Deeply understand client’s needs and expectations, develop and deliver customized and professional solutions for clients to meet their unique needs.
• Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with existing clients
• Work cross-functionally with other stakeholders and meet sales goals.
• Identify and resolve any issues, complaints, and problems faced by clients.
• Identify, analyze, and understand the changing market trends, and discover new and growing opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to foster efficient teamwork and deliver the best-quality service to key accounts.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally as needed for client meetings and trade shows.
• Regularly report the work progress and work plans to the department leader
• Perform the other duties that may be assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience in the American vape industry.
• Be able to work independently with initiative as well as effectively collaborating with the team.
• Ability to sell creative solutions to clients.
• Proven track record of acquiring and closing new business leads.
• Highly effective negotiation skills.
• Excellence in communication/written skills and presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated, result-driven, goal-oriented, and desire to succeed.
• Must feel comfortable with frequent traveling across the nation
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Bilingual in Chinese preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

• vape/tobacco industry B2B sales: 2 years (Required)
